Building Envelope Retrofit and Roof-Level Upgrades
Full building envelope retrofit using a combination of swing stage and scaffold access, with street-level closures to support hoisting operations. The scope includes curtainwall retrofit and securement repairs, structural steel modifications, and upgrades to mechanical screen walls at the mechanical penthouse roof level. This work enhances building safety, durability, and performance, while ensuring safe execution and minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
