Exterior Balcony Repairs and Waterproofing
Initial localized route-and-seal work was completed in late 2020 ahead of winter conditions. This was followed by surface preparation and full waterproofing of exterior balconies in spring 2021, improving weather resistance and prolonging structural durability.
