General Structural Rehabilitation
This project involved structural rehabilitation work at the plenum roof, focused on repairing a damaged heating cable system. The scope included removal of the existing concrete topping, coordination with others for the installation of new heating cables, followed by reinstatement of new concrete topping and waterproofing. During execution, the contract scope was revised to include full removal of the topping after uncovering more extensive de-lamination than initially anticipated.
