Building envelope rehabilitation project at 125 Queens Park consisted of historical facade restoration and conservation works including, but not limited to, major masonry disassembly and salvage, brick replacement, brick re-pointing, stone replacement, stone dutchman repairs, stone pin repairs, stone Jahn patch repairs, paint removal brick, large scale conservation of heritage windows, interior plaster repairs, sheet metal cornice work and masonry cleaning.
