The West Parkade is one of Guelph’s municipal parking facilities. HRI completed wholesale sealant and thin system waterproofing installation on the top interior level of multi level pre-cast parking garage. We also completed various structural concrete repairs throughout, as well as other miscellaneous repairs which included; expansion joint replacement, drain replacements, installation of roof deck epoxy thin system test area etc.
