The TCHC Eglinton Building is a multi-residential high-rise building located at 220 Eglinton Ave. E. Works included removal of overburden and all underground garage services, full P1 roof slab replacement and reinstatement of garage waterproofing/overburden/and services. Various other miscellaneous repairs within the parking garage, including steel beam replacement and repairs, fireproofing, concrete and drainage repairs, etc, were also completed.
