TCHC St. Andrews is a multi-residential high rise building complex located at 2063/2067 Islington Ave. HRI completed removal and replacement of thin system intermediate slab waterproofing. We also addressed localized roof slab overburden removal/replacement for re-application of hot applied waterproofing systems. Various structural concrete repairs, drain replacements, replacement of expansion joints, crack injection and other miscellaneous repairs were also completed throughout.
